Invitation Letter

Registered participants can request an official letter from the conference organizer confirming their registration and participation in the International Conference on Child Development, Paris, 26–28 March 2027. Letters are issued only after registration and payment have been completed. The letter supports your visa application but does not guarantee a visa — decisions rest with the embassy.

Who can request a letter?

Any registered participant whose registration payment has been confirmed.

When should I request it?

As early as possible after registering. See Important Dates for the registration deadline.

What if my passport details are wrong?

What does the letter include?

Your name as in your passport, your passport details, the conference name, dates and venue, and confirmation of your registration and participation.

How is my passport information handled?

It is used only to produce your letter and is stored securely. See the data note below.

What if I cannot attend?

The standard cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions applies.

Your passport details are used only to produce your invitation letter. They are stored encrypted, deleted 6–12 months after the conference, never sent by SMS and never shared with AI assistants.
