Publication Opportunities

Research presented at the conference can reach readers through three publication routes, each with its own conditions.

Double-blind peer review
iThenticate screened
ISBN Abstract Book
Proceedings with ISSN & DOI

Abstract Book with ISBN

Every accepted abstract whose author has registered is published in the conference Abstract Book, which carries an ISBN. Abstract-only participation is fully supported: you do not need a full paper to be published at this level.

Abstract BookISBN

Conference Proceedings with ISSN and DOI

Full papers can be published in the Conference Proceedings, which carry an ISSN. Each published paper receives a DOI, and the Proceedings are made discoverable through Google Scholar.

Conditions:

  • The abstract has been accepted and the author has registered.
  • A full paper is submitted by the full-paper deadline.
  • The full paper passes double-blind peer review.

Journal Opportunities

Selected full papers may be considered for publication opportunities in Scopus-indexed journals; final acceptance depends on paper quality and the decision of journal editors. Journals make their own independent decisions, and consideration is not a guarantee of publication.

Peer Review and Editorial Process

Abstracts and full papers are reviewed double-blind by the Scientific Committee, who assess scope, originality, methodology and clarity. Reviewers may accept a submission, request revisions or decline it. When revisions are requested, authors receive the requested changes and a deadline by email, together with the link for sending revised material.

Publication Ethics, Plagiarism and AI Disclosure

All manuscripts are screened with iThenticate through Crossref Similarity Check before evaluation. Similarity screening identifies overlapping text; it is not used as a verdict on AI authorship. Only original work is considered for presentation and publication.

For manuscript writing, generative AI may be used only to improve the language and readability of the authors' own text, with disclosure. Applicable AI declarations are kept with the submitted version and accompany published material where required.
