Can I publish in both the Proceedings and a journal?

No. Choose one publication opportunity per paper. Submitting the same paper to the Proceedings and a journal at the same time violates copyright.

Is journal publication guaranteed?

No. Each journal reviews submissions independently. Acceptance at the conference does not guarantee acceptance by a partner journal.

Who pays the APC?

Where a journal charges an Article Processing Charge, the author is responsible for it after acceptance. Journals marked “No APC” charge nothing to publish.
