Update an Existing Submission

Use this page to respond to a reviewer request, request a change to an existing submission, or send a full paper for an abstract you already submitted. Do not use it for a new paper.

Sending an update does not mean it has been approved or applied. Our team will check the submission, deadline and requested changes and email the outcome. Until we confirm a change, your existing submission remains the current version. Updates may require further review and may not be possible once programme or publication files are finalised.

When you can use it: Until the deadline stated in your reviewer email
What to expect: Send the complete revised material and your response to the reviewers. Reviewers may assess it again; revision does not guarantee acceptance.

I want to request a change myself

When you can use it: Until 5 March 2027
What to expect: Explain what changed and why. Changes after review has started may be deferred or declined.

I am sending my full paper

When you can use it: Any time after your abstract is submitted, until [full_paper_deadline]
What to expect: Quote your submission ID and upload the full paper. This does not by itself confirm publication in the Proceedings.
